[Harbinger] Falling star festival

my entry for the falling star event:  Falling Star FestivalIt's a new year, and there's been a surplus of shooting stars to kick off the celebrations-- or at least it looked like it, until they started falling right out of the sky and hitting everyone in the head. For the month of January, hinnies all over are finding small, animated stars everywhere! These stars seem to take on a life of their own, floating aimlessly, spinning, or even resting gently in unsuspecting harbingers' fur. They're all rather faintly colored, and give off a soft glow, but most interesting of all is how they like to follow hinnies around! It's no surprise that as stars the two get along, and seem to have a binary star effect... it's almost like a small, celestial pet.
Through the month of January, if you register your harbinger and draw them enjoying the festival with another, you'll receive the Binary Star companion! This little star follows your hinny around, and can be whatever color you choose. This star seems to be a little bit lucky too, giving your hinny an ext
